Yes, you can. http://www.psp.state.pa.us/patch/site/default.asp Follow that link and it asks you to enter as much info about them as possible, like name, birthday, SS # ect... then it will list a "not convicted" or "convicted" response and list convictions. It is $10 per person you want to research, but mostly comes up with almost instantanious results.

I dont think so. It usually cost $10.00 for a criminal backround check through the District Attorney's office.

no you have to pay or apply under the freedom of information act
Even getting a report on yourself costs $25 and you don't get it it goes to your employer or the person that made the request
