Would be very grateful for guidance here. I have created a gallery in which 30 pictures fade in and out in sequence, that's all fine.
My first problem though is that when I test the end product or publish my animation some of the pictures have an odd sort of blip, whereby they appear to be squeezed vertically, only by a few pixels but it spoils the smoothness of the fade in / fade out. It doesn't happen when I 'scrub' the timeline and I'm confused. Has this happened to anyone else?
Also, have created a splash page and cannot for the life of me get the link at the end to work, which should take me into the main web-site. Was hoping to be able to click anywhere on the splash page to continue.
Finally, how on earth do I add my gallery animation to my web-site? I understand html but am struggling to have the animation appear on my page and it's very frustrating.
I know I'm asking a lot but I'd be eternally grateful if a kind soul could help me. Please?!!

Hi, thank you so much.
Problem 1: My photos are all exactly 700 x 525, as is my stage. I did think it might be something to do with the X and Y dimensions but having changed them all to 0 to make each pic dead centre it still hasn’t helped. I also tried making my stage slightly larger but that didn’t make any difference either.
Problem 2: I haven’t had much experience of using action scripts but followed various web tutorials which all gave the same instructions, it all looks promising and yet when finished, my mouse changes to a hand as though there’s a link there but clicking does nothing. I’m using Flash MX, Version 6, the publish settings are at Flash Player 6.
Problem 3: I can publish no problem and it sounds ridiculous but it’s the next part I can’t do! I’m still working with good old fashioned html, pure and unadulterated, though I will forward this project once complete to a designer who probably uses Dreamweaver.

Unfortunately they don’t do Flash so it’s the blind leading the blind, lol! I only wanted to test it on a live site to see what it looked like (and so that I can get feedback) but some sample code would be really handy. Simply inserting it into my html code isn’t so easy when I don’t know what it’s supposed to look like!
You’re really kind. I am not planning on doing a project like this again, caused too many headaches already!
