A lot of this answer is two sided, because you don't state your gender. The easiest answer, is how much fluid intake do you have after dinner....the more you drink the more you urinate. If you are a man, prostate enlargement usually doesn't cause night urination...but the normal first sign is having difficulty urinating...can't get started or stream is too slow, or you don't feel like you emptied your bladder. If you are a man or woman, you also have to consider Diabetes. Thirst, night sweats and frequent urination is all pat of the pre-diagnosed symdrome of symptoms.,

Yes, I go 2-3 times. I'm 52 and went the route of PSA and free PSA tests. Dr. wanted to do a transrectal ultrasound biopsy but I have intestinal problems and it wasn't wise to pierce the colon. Cancer has been ruled out, but I have BPH, and haven't gotten any prescription for it yet.

Once or twice a night, depends on when I have my last drink.
Had a PSA test a couple of years ago - ok. But, how long before I'm tested again?

Male, 27 and I usually get up once during the night. If it helps, I usually pe 6 or 7 times in the day though - I drink a fair bit of coffee and have cereal with milk twice a day.

I'm 32 and if I get up at all it's unusual. Never more than once (unless I have a large drink of water whilst up to have the first pee).
