0x800CCC79. I have checked pop3 and smtp. They are ok so why does this message occur.Sometimes messages aren't being sent from outbox. People saying they are getting the same message several times so why does it say there are messages in your outbox do you want them sent. so I click yes and people are getting several messages.

What do I do as Ive followed instructions and looked under tools, accounts etc but am still getting error messages.

I guess the unsent messages you have in your mail box are some of the messages you sent before - whenever you finish using your outlook and this message appears as you are trying to log of just click ''do not send this message'' i am quite sure you will be fine

Outlook will only support a couple of web-based e-mail accounts (hotmail, yahoo I think) and you have to pay around £15 for the pleasure. You might have to log into your account via the web and input some text (this is to prove that you are not a bot. Log off mail on the web and try outlook again.
