Nah, you should be allowed to kill anyone on the road you choose. It's all fair game.

Yes, everyone should be responsible for their actions when they are drinking. We all know the consequences of drinking. I have heard so many people have this debate. Some get mad because they claim it was an accident or a mistake. It's not a mistake when you knowingly drive your vehicle to a drinking establishment knowing you are going to consume alcohol. If I get behind the wheel after I have been drinking, then I am responsible for what I do while I'm in that state of mind. There is no accidents, there is only people not paying attention. Thank you and GOD bless.

YES! No one asked that person to drink. No one asked to get hit by that person who drank. I think a person who lets themselves get into that situation doesnt care about this before they even drink. They dont say to themselves before they start I am going to give my keys to someone else or I know I will call a cab. They just think "oh I can drive I am not that bad!" which is bull sh*t! They are very responsible legally and morally!

Absolutely. The worst thing that I ever did was tell a friend when he was hitting on a girl much hotter than him that he wasn't definitely not getting laid tonight...right in front of the girl. He was pissed at me for a week and I felt bad about the next day...but it was funny.
