Truly depends on who's wearing them...If you sexy you'll look good in just about any-dangon-thing.
But personally I don't like that look unless the boot is a skinny hi-heel and the person who is wearing them has slightly bowed legs. Not for the thicker variety of ladies either. I like the Janet Jackson/Serena Williams type of lady.
That's the only way I think that look would look nice.

First of all.
I believe boots on women do not look sexy.
I looks like they're hiding something; like spider veins, or worse, huge freaking ankles!!!
I know there are many out there who love women in boots, but they also want them wearing a dog collar around their necks.

It is usually the sub males that like it as boots and tight clothes show dominace..
Horse riding girls usually get a lot of looks..
