Capricorn women have a tendecy to be really "Strict" with their kids anyway!! And very Serious, and most of them are real "Social Butterflies", and entertain alot!! The Capricorn women I've been friends with never really struck me, as very "Passionate" towards their men, either! Whereas: The Scorpio man, is very Passionate, very hands-on , with their women!! You've got a "Water-Sign", mixing with an "Earth-Sign", or else, Capricorn's are "Fire" but I do believe their "Earth"...if I'm correct..... It all depends on the way they were raised too!! Well, the scorpio will sting you till your outer layer of faux fur falls off.

You cant generalize a person based on the time of year they were born. Kind of shallow if you ask me. Personality is the key.
