That would be something like a giant squid. 14 metres long enough for you?

The whale shark may be the right answer. It
depends on whether you want "largest" to mean
maximum length or maximum weight. The giant
jellyfish, whose tentacles may reach well over
fifty feet, are very extensile and contractile and
the tentacles are very slender, Its weight would
be nowhere near that of the whale shark or the giant squid. No one really knows how large the
giant squids get. The measurements of these
have to be given as body length plus arm and
tentacles length or they don't tell you much. The
two long tentacles are also very extensile and
slender. About thirty feet body length and another
30 to 50 feet tentacle length seems to be the
maximum known for the squid. The whale shark
is probably heavier.

Doesn't the giant squid have a beak that is considered bone? Perhaps the largest type of jelly fish may count.

The largest animal without bones was jellyfish Cyahea capiltata arctica with Diameter 2.28m and length 36.5m found in 1970 in Massachusetts.

The biggest shark was only 12.65m in length but weighed 15-21tonnes and had thickness 7m.

The longest snake (anaconda) was 14m long. But snakes have bones.

Colossal squids reach 14m in length (wikipedia)

So i think, jellyfish is the winner

A giant squid, they are as big as some blue whales, and have eyes the size of dinner plates!
Sharks don't have bones either, they just have cartilage
