Tell her to see her doctor, diet and exercise help with most things as does reducing stress. See what the doc says..

Lavender is a good thing to use - a few drops in a humidifier or one or two on a handkerchief will help.
Garlic and cod liver oil can be taken safely in pregnancy. Exercise, yoga, and relaxation techniques are all helpful.
Avoid fatty and processed foods, sugary foods, coffee, salt, alcohol, and tea. Especially salt and alcohol. Go for natural foods - and those 5 portions of fruit and veg a day!
These measures may well help her conceive, because her health should improve.
Good luck in conceiving!!

This is not easy without more info, but from the little I have read & teasted the following should help:
1. Additives needed vitmin C>500mg/ day, Ginko Biloba tablet with >60mg extract, lecithin granules work up to 1tbls/day.
2. Get her to eat bananas as her Potassium level could be low.
3. ensure she gets enough sleep.
4.Increase her water consumption
5. Exercise & get the heart rate up & keep it up at least 3 X a week.
6. Worry is a great cause. Sit & talk though her worries with her, put them all to bed. Fix,or agree they cannot be fixed now, leave them alone else they hurt her.

A few things do come to mind - 1.cut down on salt intake. 2.Limit caffeine and alcohol. 3.exercise. 4.see a chiropractor - seriously! It may sound crazy but chiropractic treatment can aleviate many physical issues, including blood pressure, sinus problems, headaches and many other issue dealing with the nerves and heart. Hope this helps a bit.

I have dealt with people who have high blood pressure, they have all lowered it by taking a high quality nutritional vitamin ( not store brands) and changing their diet to mostly low glycemic. I would like to help if I may.

Please see this website, I find has reliable info on alternate therpies & diet & vitamins & supplements.
I typed in high blood pressure & hypertension & it gave me these articles, (for all results please type in yourself & look at relative results).
It mentions Hawthorn as a supplement for lowering blood pressure & I've heard of this before but as pregnant please check with dr first.
