I'm not sure if it's morning sickness as it happens throughout the day. And hot flashes! Extreme dizziness, to the point where I almost fell off the couch! Is this normal or should I go and see my OB? I'm concerned mainly about the dizziness. It happens all the time. The nausea mainly happens after a dizzy spell. I'm getting really nervous to even have a shower unless my husband is home. I'm terrified of falling and hurting the baby or myself.

Sounds pretty normal but if this is your first child you want to make sure everything is alright. Always consult your OB anytime you have a question. Remember despite asking for help on here, each pregnancy is different and each pragnant person is different from the next. What may be normal for someone else may not be normal for you.
FYI - just because it is called morning sickness doesn;t mean it can;t happen throughout the day and it generally does. With our second baby, my wife threw up every afternoon precisly at 2:00.

Morning sickness should be renamed all day sickness. The first two months of pregnancy are the worst. You are going to be sick at any random time of day. Everything and anything will make you upset. From the smell of your sweetest perfume to the taste of your favourite food. Always keep something salty on hand just in case and you should definitely check the doctor about the dizziness, because you would not not to have a bad fall.Hot flashes are normal,get a fan and aome ice- cream and you'll survive!

Its very normal. I was like that almost throughout the whole pregnancy. You could help alot by eating breakfast. If you can't eat a heavy breakfast, eat a banana or some type of fruit when you wake up. If you get hot, put a cold compress or towel over your eyes. If your tummy hurts get a heating pad to put over it(this helps after the baby is born also). I hope this helps! Make sure you hold on to things to prevent falling. You may want to consider a bath instead of showers for a while. Make sure the house isn't too hot, you'll feel like someone is cooking you.

I would make an appt with your OB. You can never be to cautious. You want to make sure that everything is ok! I got dizzie during my pregnancy, but I don't remember it being that bad. So the first thing I would do is GO TO THE DOCTOR! :}
And cherish this pregnancy :} Good Luck
