i have a 99 accord and the turn signals stopped workin. i checked the fuse it was fine. and then i found where the relay was. i removed it and put it back in. since then the turn signal worked fine for a few days. recently they dont work again. i replaced the relay but that hasnt solved my problem. please help. also any way to check the relay to see if it is good??

You would have to apply power to the relay then test to see if the relay is opening and shutting. I would try another relay.

Also with you car the power for the blinkers runs through the flasher switch. Do you four way flashers work? Try turning that switch on and off a few times then try your blinkers. You might have to replace the Hazard switch itself.

Hondas now and lower back have a fuse container below the hood interior the engine compartment, additionally below the sprint, maximum autos have a fuse for turn alerts. examine lower back for a foul fuse and likewise replace the flasher unit.

it's probably just a bad flasher. there are two different flashers...one for the hazard lights and one for the turn signals. so if your hazard lights work, that doesn't mean your turn signal flasher is ok.
