Ok those that do not know who I am have changed my name in the last few weeks / months
From my male name to my female name - Zara Goodson
In doing this I have been asked many times by certain companies
“what do I wish to use Ms or Miss?”
I personally never cared about it or thought about it before
Is it important to any one or
What it is does it say if any thing about me if is Ms Zara or Miss Zara


Yes this is one of those questions that could be in many sections of this site
But as I am a pre op transsexual here is the best place I think

Ms Zara rolls off the tongue easier that Miss Zara, plus Mz Zara sounds kind of hot!

for the times that may arise i suggest Ms it can imply the death of a partner which will be the case to your delicate areas after the op (not being rude or crude just the way a friend put it )
Miss is often left for the young and immature it gives off that kind of sound to me
However Ms Zara does sound exotic

Your obviously not from the south. Ms and Miss are pronouced the same here. :)

Personally, I've tended to like the term Ms. Miss always tends to have a bit of immaturity or excessive youth associated with the term. IMO

Ms is universal. It could be for an unmarried or married woman.
