Is it pronounced fourteen, or 1-4?

Maybe it's like, "Let's do one for my mum."

Maybe they are one number short. They might mean "Let's do 15" which might mean "Let's go to dinner at '15' - Jamie Oliver's trendy (and extremely expensive) restaurant."
