HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. It refers to any computer "language" that allows you to place links within your text. It is what makes the Internet possible. (How could you have the Internet with links?) The HTML language is used for writing the majority of web sites on the Internet. That is why you normal precede a web site's name with the command "http://" You are telling your web browser that the page it is about to read is written in HTML and it should use "HyperText Transfer Protocol" (http) to read it.

Hyper Text Markup Language.

It means you are marking up the language with hyper text.

It is the very basic structure and frame of websites.

It stands as the first and last code for a web page.

i.e,

This is my title

This is the body part of my page. This page si the first page you seen when you browse a web page but the HTML code or with in the code you see here are actually invisible online but only the interpretation of it. also known as the result.

hypertext markup protocol, is actually a web programing script and type of protocol. The script only function when you using the browser or interpreter.

HTML use to structure the arrangement of web-pages ( e.g the size of the picture, where does the tax align, etc).
Example you can write the code in some other scripting language (e.g XML) and to display your XML code into web-pages you need to write HTML code.

to learn HTML you can go to http://www.w3schools.com/html/

Hypertext Markup Language. Hypertext refers to that fact that it's text and it's fast. Markup Language means the HTML tags affect how the document is rendered, i.e. makes bold tags, makes underlined tags.

Go to a search engine and type in "HTML" - you'll find out for yourself, and it's a lot faster than asking here and waiting for an answer!!!
