You'd be surprised how many. I won a contest years ago, doing this very thing. We were asked how many words we could create using the letters in"I love America." I think I found over 100.
If you really want to find out the most words you can make, you'll need to have some time on your hands. Get a dictionary. Turn the W's and start looking at the entries, one by one, checking to see if the words qualify. When you find one, write it down. When you're done with the W's, start with the A's. Keep doing this until you've gone through the entire word. (In your case, you will need to go through the E's only once, although a word could contain two E's.) The rules of the contest I entered did not allow for proper names or abbreviations.
I worked for about 30 minutes a day, for about a week. Seems like a lot of work, but that free trip to New York City was worth it!

There's 37 I think. I can't write down all of them 'cos others would copy and add extra. 37... That's a lot for a word!
