I am using Remote Desktop and have to get out of full-screen mode in order to use Snagit to grab part of the screen. I haven't been able to find any menu options to get back to full screen mode. I have to exit Remote Desktop and then run it again to get the display options. How do I get to display options from inside Remote Desktop?

Using the maximize button does not work. When I exit and come back in the screen is in a lower resolution. I have to max out the resolution to get it to work

See if this works..
Can you see the window bar at the top? Right click that and hit maximize.

Just click the Maximize icon at the top right corner of the RDP window. Just like maximizing any other Windows app!
