Lacrosse. The amount of hand and eye coordination needed running at fast speeds takes a tremendous amount of skill.

Baseball. It's an intricate game with many aspects. It's not easy to hit a ball thrown at you at 95-100 mph and then field it at twice that speed after its been hit to you and in a split second know what to do with the ball.
