There is a current situation going on right now; this person seems to be very spiteful & jealous of my current success.

Instead of being happy for me, I feel hate (energy) but they didn't come out directly w/the issue. But, they holler, and get angry at the smallest thing to do w/nothing.....(can u believe this?)

I'm just curious how do u recognize & what r some of the trait u consider to be JEALOUS OR ENVIOUS? and how do u handle yourself in cases like this?

Or, what should I say or do to this person to try and address this issue? when I try, they spit evil words to try and make me madder so that its a big fight; that has nothing to do with nothing.

I'm starting to suspect this person is straight ignorant, jealous & ridicilous and any other words u can think of.

So, tell me what u think?

That's a great question! I'd start by talking about your situation in a non confrontational way like "I can't wait to get started on this new job" type of thing, and see how it goes. If the person starts in, then ask. Ex: "You've seemed a little (whatever the adjective) lately; is everything alright"? THEN this person has to either tell you or not tell you. It's situational on that one. Plus, how good of friends are you? If you're great friends, work it out; if not, keep her at arms length and go on.

Its happen to me twice, with females. Two girls who i though where close to me one of them my ex best friend. there's nothing you can do to change what other people feel towards you. I would say stay away from them don't wish the any bad, cause then you would be sticking to their level. But wish them the best and keep doing you. Success never goes unnoticed. I think learn that's its true when they say jealousy is a female trait. Keep up the good work, wish u the best. And don't forget get money get fresh!

I currently am going through something similar. And I have learned to just let it go. Don't fuel the fire. Just don't talk to that person if you are not ready to do so. WHen you are, confront them on how you are not appreciative of the way they are acting toward you, that it's not fair. If they still give you crap, just cut 'em loose. NObody would continue to be mean to you if they truly cared about you.

Others can experience negative reactions to your situation, distance yourself from them as you wont be able to change their negativity, only they can do that... keep up with the positive things you are doing in your life.. all the best, marcoJC x

They sound psycho. You can try two things.
Talk to thema nd become friendly- be careful though they could back stab you.
Or run. Get very far away from this person.

they are different in somewhat like degree (jealousy and envy) i think you must talk to her straight so it will be good for the both of you.. just say you just work hard thats why you earned that current position just talk and listen and pray..
