most of my friend have parties and all they do is get drunk and once their all drunk bois get da gurls naked and we start doing it .

Unfortunately what happens is that you and your Little friends will continue this type of behavior completely ignoring all the great advice you are getting from people using this forum and other sources. The longer you do it without negative results the more OK you will think it is . You will feel empowerd
Then one day something really bad is going to happen to a member or members of your little band of baby pervs. Someones going to get an STD and all you guys are going to get it.
Since you will have to see an MD for that little STD of yours the MD is legallly obligated to report suspected abuse .
Or a girl will get pregnant and a father or older brother will commit an act of violence on the "father " of the child.
Or some girl is going to realize that since she's 14 and someone got her drunk she is incapable of granting consent therefore she was raped. Her parents may insist that she press charges.
Do yourself a favor kid get away from these people before they negatively alter your life for good.

Well normal is not the right word to use! However, it is not common for boys of 14 to have sex with many different girls at his age!! And if he is then I highly suggests he uses condoms everytime because it wouldn't be good to be a father at such a young age now would it. Also by sleeping aound with so many people you risk catching and passing on sexually transmitted diseases (STD's). I would also suggest a 14 year boy takes a long hard look at himself and asks himself why he feels the need to sleep with so many girls! For example, are there issues regarding problems forming relationships? Is there the issue of confusing love with sex, etc!!

Quite frankly, you are all disgusting and have no morals. Actually none of you have any self esteem. I notice you said that they all get drunk first. Well if you have to be drunk to engage in this sort of group activity then are you really of sound mind when doing this. No, you are actually out of your mind. Think about your health and the possible diseases and think about the girls contracting diseases and not knowing about it and later not be able to bear children. Everything has consequences. Think about it. Try to curb your drinking too - someone may cry rape and then you would probably spend the next 5 years of your life in prison living to regret what you have done.

Why are they getting drunk in the first place?? Would they be messing around like that if they weren't getting drunk?
Personally, I think they're a bit too young. Wait a couple of years, and try to stick to fewer girls - or 1...Even in a couple of years, you still shouldn't be drinking..

Let's reverse this...
At the age of 14, are you ready to be someone's father?
Have you read, and fully understand, the STD risks and how to prevent them? (Keep in mind that you can still catch some STD's even with a condom)
I'm not hip to how young you guys are starting out these days. The old-fashioned in me says, no, it's not normal for the above reasons.

i was having sex at that age but it is not clever it is ilegal and if ur gonna do it fair enuf but thats if u r i remember what 14 yr old boys are like for bragging don t be in such a hurry 2 grow up and if u r having sex use condoms

Its normal to want to have sex and think about sex at this time but in my opinion he really shouldnt be doing it. Its illegal, hes still only a wean and could get in serious trouble if a lassie ends up pregnant because of it. to be honest your mate sounds like a wee ned and should wisen up.

well it depends,
will you be asking is it normal for a 14 year old boy to have a funny rash, itching and pain in his groin area ... what do I do if I think someone I slept with is pregnant ..... there are way too many questions like that out there (educate yourself before trouble starts)
protect yourself if this is your path ... normal or not

He is in for a big surprise, and diseases sure are coming his way. That is so not safe and especially if he is not using protection of any kind. He needs to decide who he wants and stick to one person. This is how HIV/AIDS is spread.
