What scale? Is 1 the worst, or 10? I dont think he is stupid at all; I just think he has difficulty communicating verbally. Remember, he did better at Yale than John Kerry. He is smarter than AlGore, too. If you dont like his ideas, or plans thats fine. You can disagree without being disagreeable.

He is pretty stupid, probably about a 7 or 8. But the problem is, that this is going to drive people to voting for a Democrat, and that will be the worst thing ever. THIS IS WHERE YOU AND I PART OPINIONS.

Whatever he is, he's not stupid. Discounting the fact that Rehnquist should not have been allowed to vote, he did manage to get majority of the supreme court see things his way and made him president.
