I think it is, You realize you might have lost him and having witnessed the accident is all very scary and upsetting anyway. Plus, twins are so connected. You'll get over it like everything in life. Of course, if you were hoping for the life insurance, you might be sad cause your not getting any money :-/
If your feeling get worse or don't go away, see a therapist.

If you saw something that scary ofcourse it will effect you. This is normal. Sometimes when people witness stuff like that, they need help for awhile. You may want to see a shrink to help you with this. Give it time, maybe it will pass. If not, seek help. I am sorry about what happened and wish you and your brother the best.

Give it some time. Think a lot of the accident and that don't leave you in peace. Yes its very normal what you feel.

Witnessing a near death experience can be as disturbing as having one yourself..........probably more so when it's your twin because some believe twins have a psychic connection.

My guess is that it's a normal reaction to what you witnessed realizing what could have been the outcome. I'm glad your brother is okay.
