As much as we hate the things that hurt and make us sad, we have to live with them.
If you put your hand in a fire, what does that tell you.
1-that hurts like hell, and 2-I'm not dumb enough to do that again.
Not nowing what your true pain is, I really can't give you a reasonable answer, but I can tell you, that without pain, we don't have growth.
Think about what you learned from the pain and sadness, and turn it around to help you grow.
Every day, we get up, and start a new day with our feet firmly on the ground, physically, but if we don't learn from our experiences, we haven't grown at all.
Grow, live, hurt, heal.
Best wishes to you and your awarenesses.

They are there to hurt u at every stahe/ To get someone who is sincere/honest n gets along u can give u love/peace. Honesty pays but very late/ tomorrow is always another day but not for every one. I sometime wonder whether or not possoible to get one like that one day. Pl any questions? R

Pain teaches us - what we have to avoid in the future... So "help" us to escape from danger, make us remember, what we arent allow to do, not to be injuried again...
There are some really very "ill" child (it's a very rarely disease), who can't feel any pain. They don't now, that it's not good, to put their hands into fire, or cut the fingers with a knife... You can imagine, how terrible it is...
So it's not a wonder that evolution selected the organisations, who CAN feel pain... We don't like it, but it is necessary or the life.

Pain tell us something is wrong and to avoid it. Physical pain such as if we touch a hot stovetop tells us to avoid touching it again. Internal pain such as inflammation tells us there could be something wrong, appendix, gallbladder etx.
Psychological pain tells us that the thought is unhealthy for us and to avoid it. The catch with psych pain is that sometimes we must overcome our fear of the cause of the pain. For example, if we cry when we see an accident victim but we want to become an EMT then we must learn to deal with our psychological response.
Psychological pain can cause long standing issues such as PTSD- post traumatic stress disorder. The cause of PTSD is an overload of severe stress often of a traumatic origin. Our brain then "sets" itself to avoid anything that reminds us of the event(s) such as sounds, smells etc. This is a great built in psychological defense mechanism if we were still living in caves and hunting boar for dinner but in modern times it often causes more problems than it prevents.

When we feel pain physically, we go to the doctor to help us. Pain is the message our body sends that some part has problem and we must take care of it, otherwise....... The same, more or less, goes with psychological pains. They are messages that help us recognize where our sensitivity lies, whether is "functioning" normally or in excess and therefore we must try to "cure" it. While physical pains lead us to doctors for recovery, psychological pains lead us to self consciousness and personal progress.

In this case (with everything 'fuzzy') if there was no pain or anything there would still be a range of feelings. Instead of people being unhappy when they are in pain now they would be unhappy when they are not intensely feeling good. Its like a spoiled kid who has everything but still wants more and is never happy, compared to a kid who doesn't have much but also wants more.
pain...........content........happy
is now
content.......happy........exstatic

It would be better but we woundnt have a taste of what pain feels like so we would not be able ot have good people skills or things like that. Stress abd hurt and things like that arent good but they do help us and I think without them, I can't really ven imagine a life without pain. and jkuts a reason why are you asking this?
