I'm not sure if you mean literally or figurativly.
I think you should leave her alone and go get help if you bruised her in the physical sense. Anger management classes and finding an outlet for your phsical aggresion will prove to her that you are seeking an alternative to hurting her physically.
If you are bruising her in the figurativly sense, then you should also find your self some counseling for your verbal abuse problems, again proving you are serious about loving her and not hurting her.
Otherwise, if you are simply holding her hand and she bruises, she probably wouldn't have left you, knowing that even simple acts of kindness can be bruising.

What did you do to give her the bruises?
I don't think she should take you back if you hit her or did anything like that.

If she dumped you because you bruised her she's a smart woman. Stay away from her and get yourself some help.
