I was told by Pete Waterman that him and the others had been out celebrating and had forgotten that Kylie was coming to discuss a record deal with them. When she arrived they told her that she needed a catchy first single. When they where asked what they had in mind, they retired "to see" and wrote "I Should Be So Luckey" in 15 minutes while pis*ed. Kylie and her management then signed a record deal with them!
