Go to Goa - Candolim Beach. You will find topless girls/women out there. Very close to Anjuna beach. I was there last year and had a ball of a time. It is obvious the 2 duds above haven't been out much.

There is no NUDE beach in India. Indian culture has not come to that level yet. Ofcourse in Goa beaches bikini clad women and girls can be seen.-

Once there were nude beaches in Goa, southwest India....now it is totally banned...
There is not a single nude beach in India and I am afraid, u wont find one in Asia at all....
Try Greece.
