You're right.
Even though heart judges, talents are the things that attract opposite sex. You are not wrong to fall in love with a person becuase of his talent. Go for it.
There are different reasons why one person like another but if no love, you can not truely commit your whole life to that person.
Sometimes, we like a person by his look in general, his apperance, his smile or his emotional parts, intelligence etc.
However, "like, appreciation, favor" are the first step to LOVE.
