when I write on a text "One Hundred and thirty three" instead of "133" how do you call it?

Did you mean Roman Numbers like 5=V, X=10, L=50, C=100, D=500, M=1000

A numerical amount of cash in North American must be written in word as well as numbers, particularily upon a cheque. Unfortunately however, I do not know what one calls the process. Sorry!!

Generally you'd write out any number less than 100, and use digits for 100 and greater.


You don't read the "and" when speaking the number. "And" means decimal point.
