it seam like yahoo has been hacked. the code above is a html background script. by the way as i know the 'APJ Abdul Kalam' in the script is a name of a president india. so i think is a india hacker.

Yes, its PHP programming code. Yahoo must be having some issues or someone tried to interject some text outside of Yahoo, maybe even a "hack" of some sort. Most likely it is just a glitch because \<\?php should only be
