You should be friendly to everybody not Japanese or korean alone, If they are friendly to why ignore them. There is nothing wrong being friendly

depends on the individual person rather than their ethnic background. personally, I confess I'm greedy I would like them both because I need all the friends I can get

it's the individual them self not the race that you should be looking at. if you have to question who you want to be friends with may be you should be friends with them at all. they would want to have a true friend. or maybe do they want to be your friend????? think about the question you ased. sorry just being honest:)
