Can a steroid shot mess up your period?

I've been feeling under the weather lately and yesterday my doctor gave me a shot of decadron. My period is supposed to come today. Is there any way that this shot could make it come late?

It could, but I doubt it will.. I've had several Decadron shots and it has never messed with my feminine cycle. If it is a few days late, I wouldn't worry too much though, just in case it does effect you in that way. Even if you do have a delay because of it, it shouldn't last more than a couple of days =)
