Rosie has multiple personalities and so does wacko jacko. I guess the only way to honestly answer the question would be to see who had MORE personalities then the other. Not gonna happen soon enough. So, gotta go with both of them are b*tches, even wacko, 'cause for all intents and purposes who knows what sex he is anymore so we can call him a b*tch if so desired.

Of the two ladies I would say Rosie but in a good way. She seems like she could be kind of a scrapper. I don't know if I'd want to get into a confrontation with her. Wacko Jacko I would just slap and his nose and wig would go flying off and he'd run away screaming.
