IDK, maybe they were going to change it to the last name of the guy who patented the pen, Bich. He is Marcel "Bich". Americans might pronounce the last name wrong and call it a Bi(t)ch pen instead.

I'm not sure if this is the answer you are going for, but in many countries such pens are called "biros" after their inventor.
