Is Savannah Smiles a bad movie for little girls?

I would like my neices that are 6 and 4 to watch this movie, but I am scared that they think running away and getting into strange cars and trusting nasty men (like the movie portrays) is alright. First of all, they have no reason to run away, but I just want them to be safe in this day and age. I have not seen the movie in decades and they may tell the little girls in the movie it is not alright, but I cannot remmber. If you remember, let me know. Also, what do you think about letting them watch it.
