I disagree with Shah and a few others. Ive seen Dark Water which I don't think is that scary. Imaginative but not that scary. Blair witch one was **** but Blair witch two was better. Heres my list:

1) Silent Hill - fabulous!
2)Blair Witch 2
3)Saw 3 - just darn right gruesome!
4) Dark water - was ok

Its not a film but the Silent HIll games are the scariest things ive ever witnessed! If you own a ps2 I strongly recommend.

Dream Cathcher is scary and just plain creepy. I also like Wrong Turn, House of a 1,000 Corpses, Devil's Rejects, Saw is pretty good also.

"IT" was pretty bad, when I was a kid I couldn't go to the bathroom alone for months. But the one that creeped and grossed me out the most as an adult was "Cabin Fever" I bought the movie, watched it once and then gave it to my brother. Little tip, if you're going to watch it, don't eat spaghetti (or anything with red sauce) before you do.

When I was little The Exorist scared the hell out of me. To the point that even if I knew it was on, I didn't turn the TV on.
