well, up to like three days your testicles will take to reproduce the average "load" of ***. now, when that's done, they will not stop and wait until you "emptyed" them out again but will start to "recycle" old sperms and replace them. this way your *** will always be "fresh" and working. the term "blue balls" refers to the prostate that might store its fluids and that might give you some discomfort till next "unloading" esp. when already excited for some time and not "unloading". your balls will not burst (unless you have some serious health problems)
