There are no proven medical therapy to reverse, prevent, or delay cataracts.
Senile cataract is the gradual and progressive opacification of the lens. as the lens ages not only does it lose elasticity (causing presbyopia) it also starts getting cloudy as it loses the ability to maintain physiological balance (water, nutrient, antioxidants) and eventual disruption of the protein structure and oxidative damage (which is basically the common pathway of any age related damage)
there are also certain systemic disease which can lead to early cataract formation
There are no proven medical therapy to reverse, prevent, or delay cataracts.
Sorbitol-lowering agents, aspirin, glutathione-raising agents, and antioxidant vitamins C and E are being studied.
The only definitive treatment is surgery, with the most common procedure being Phacoemulsification. (the lens is broken up with ultrasound inside the eye and sucked out, replaced by a man made intraocular lens implant.)

Hey you have asked the right person.Have you heard of NCD(Natural Cellular Defense)It's not a medicine but a multi-functional health product and was released in USA in June 2005 so it's really new. It's a mineral substance emitted from the volcanoes over million years ago and sank into the ocean to combine with the sea salt.Scientists in America discovered it 33 years ago and started to carry out medical reports that prove its powerful ability in improving all kinds of cancer by clearing all the toxic substances within the body.It doesn't only improve cancer without causing side effects like medicines ,it can also improve or DELAY CATARACTS.Being able to improve cancer,it has gained compliments from doctors. And how does itdelay cataracts? The molecular structure in NCD clears out one of the substances causing cataracts ---free radicals.
Then, surgery can be delayed or even AVOIDED THOUGHOUT YOUR LIFE IF DIAGNOSED IN AN EARLY STAGE. I sincerely hope that you won't take the EYE DROP product since it contains steroids which is toxic and everybody knows. For people who have cancer, they need to drop the NCD water droplets under their tongues.why under the tongue?because stomache acid will destroy its structure.as for people with CATARACTS,they need to drop the NCD in their eyes directly and let it consume naturally. You may not believe me but you can go check NCD out on the web and you'll find countless cases of numberless patients who have improvement in cancer,CATARACTS,,etc. My 81-year-old grandma has gain better vision in her cataract after taking NCD for 3 weeks. Why do i know all this?because i have a nutritionist friend who is a member of this company who introduced NCD to my family.he strongly disagrees people taking medicines becoz they cause great damage to the immune system and liver and cause side effects.Even if you recover from cancer, your body is already full of toxin caused by medicines and that's why many who have taken medicines rush to try this NCD as it can clear out the bad things inside. How to use?you can check on the web i have given you below.believe me,it's tasteless just like water and the outside looks like EYE DROP BOTTLES.More and more people are getting to know this product which isn't expensive.yet many are still unaware as it's so new.many of my nutritionist's friends have also experienced NCD's power.Lastly, the following are the websites for NCD.If you are interested, you can contact my nutritionist friend at yield_life@yahoo.com.hk where you can purchase it on a discount price and answer all your questions.Check it out! ^_^
