I was in California a couple of years ago and while I was there I met some people from around L.A. Anyway, we got to talking and when they heard I was from Nebraska, they began to ask me questions about where it was (b/c they had no clue), if we still rode horses to school, and asked us a lot about farming, etc. It was a hilarious conversation and so needless to say, there are still quite of few people who have never heard of Nebraska and do not know a lot about it.

I don't know much about Nebraska, but the only things that I have heard is that there is a lot of farm land and they don't sell decent beer at the bars.

there are alot of corn fields there and flat lands ugly ....
