In group a: Ca(NO3)2 is an ionic compound.

In group b: KOH is an ionic compound.

In group c: ALL ARE COVALENT COMPOUNDS!

Simply look at each element and see whether they are metal or non metals.

In most cases
Metal + metal = metallic
Metal + non metal = ionic
Non metal + non metal = covalent

Polyatomic ions = ionic.
Should be pretty obvious from there.
