Mark own a house. He live alone. Then Billy asked Mark if he can stay in Mark house. Mark agreed. Then Billy started installing aircon, better paint and own upgrades. Mark bring in his worker A and B to stay in the house during the upgrades. The upgrade took quite a while . After three year Mark decided to leave the house to go other places. so here the question Should the worker(A and B) stay in the house or should be banish?

It depends on Mark's wish. Apparently he has very good relations with Billy whom he allowed to stay with him. Billy also responded with renovation of the apartments. A and B are only workers helping in the renovation process and after the renovation is over they are naturally expected to quit. Mark would be justified in asking them to quit. Even supposing Billy wants them to continue as he would be left alone once Mark goes to the other place Mark is under no obligation to accommodate them if he does not wish to since the apartment belongs to him. He could even ask Billy to quit for that matter if he wants to dispose of the apartment. On the other hand if he has no objection he can allow all the three to continue there.The final resolution is on Mark's will and pleasure. There is no legal objection for him to ask the workers to quit- or for that matter even Billy to go out(in case he has the intention to dispose of the apartment)
