if the baby is small, there is still alot of room in the uterus. you only really feel movement when the baby is big enough to push against the sides of the uterus. right now it might feel like a fluttering . almost like butterflys in your stomach.

Give it a few more weeks and you will feel your baby. Right now you should be feeling buttlerflies once in a while. Or your uterus just might be a little larger that the baby has open space to move a little without you feeling it. Congrats.

Maybe you have a small baby. And/or maybe he/she is tucked away closer to your back then your stomach, so you can't feel him. Ask the doctor next time you go. I wouldn't worry though, because you hear him moving.

It could be possible they got your dates wrong. i have beenfeeling my baby move since 16 weeks (i'm 24 now) it's wonderful and now it kicks so hard. however, every pregnancy is different and you should be feeling it soon. you may even be feeling it but not recognizing them as kicks. it you haven't felt anything within the next 3 weeks then contact yuor doctor becuase it's unusual for someone not to feel them after 22 weeks
