It depends where you get the towbar. If you can get a second hand one not too expensive. About £50 to fit with single electric hook up.
I think some BMW's needed adjustments made to their rear bumper to fit so that might make a difference to cost.

for single electrics..... about £120 inc parts and labour
get a guy that comes to your house rather than go to a dealer.
