First have clam mindset without any tensions. Let the atmosphere be cheerful. Have intercourse during 6-12 day from menstruation. It is suggested that the man do not have any sex for the last 10-15 days so that the semen counts will increase and will be stronger. Advice the lady to lay down for some time after sex.

eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

i think u schould make yourself a fertility chart ,look out for the cervical mucus if ur cycles are regular then i think u could start having intercourse frm the day 9 of ur period and try keeping a pillow below ur hip that helps in direct elevation of the sprem int the cervix linning.inthink u schould not worry if after trying of 1 year with a healthy sex life then only u schould consult a doctor good luck i hope this will help u out

having had trouble conceiving and going thru all the treatments ending with ivf best option for healthy egg/sperm producing couplese record your temp every day as soon as you wake when it rises to around the 36.8 mark and stays there for a couple of days that is when you are ovulating. So basically go for it in this time. best for the male too not have sex for atleast three days before this time makes for a better sperm count apparently. make sure you take follate tablets before you get pregnant tho makes for a healthy stronger baby.

If you are really serious and not in such a rush, go to the doctors, ask them if their is anythink wrong with you and your partner.
If their isnt try to have more sex and dont use any contraception.
