myself everbody keeps trying for possesion but they denied they said we want to here all 11 months, They are since last 2 months , When owener given to leave & licence that time verbally told him that we can take passetion from you at preiour of 1 month notice , in that building now no socitey but it will be in march2007 now we dont want to go for cases & law & all that because we want our flate & not long waitting , (we purchase by 85 % loan amt. now dont hav money to spent on advocate) now we are in someother room for time being, all the formalites over which is connected with transfer ,
builder said this is not my matter , do by your own....
NOW WHAT WE DO WHERE WE SHOULD GO FOR INSTANCE ACTION
plz healp us......

Its easy.... you can always ask Munna Bhai or Circut :-) hmm... sorry just a joke as what I feel is in this possition its only one thing you can do and that is to convence the tenent about your problem and try and help them to shift somewhere else u see gandhigiri works sometimes :-) try to kar kee dekhoo..... apnee problem unkoo bataoo, samzhaooo aur phir pahalee unkaa problem solve karoo app kaa khud baa khud solve hoo gayeega.... ekk baar unkee nazaryee see soochkee too dekhoo Agar app unkee jagaha pee hote too app kaa kya reaction hota... sochoo sochoo.... ?? you can go for police action against brokers, seller and tenants. See Police NOC of Tanants also.

ask the flat owner to convince the tenent to shift some other place at the cost of flat owner (u may share the expence)
