Does anyone know how, or if its even possible to download music from a creative zen microphoto to a computer?

I just got a new laptop, and I 'd like to put my music from my microphoto to my new computer, is there a way to do it? The new computer will recognize it, but will not copy files from it.

Why did you waste your time buying that piece of crap that by the way has awful quality, just like the zune. Both of them are the most crappy mp3's I've ever seen.
