There are no real "signs";; just take it easy, don't do TOO much excersize, don't over-exert yourself. don't allow too much stress in your life. things like that will definetly reduce the chances of a miscarriage. Also, if you've ALREADY had a miscarriage, you know how you feel, how your body reacts, when you've actually had one, so.. take all the precautions your doctor has advised you to take, eat/drink heathly, and take the proper vitamins, and you SHOULD be fine, unless there is something wrong with your body, talk to your doctor, some women are prone to having miscarriages, and cannot carry full-term.

One miscarriage does not mean there will be more. MANY women have at least one miscarriage in their lives. I had one years ago and went on to have 2 children. Miscarriage reportedly occurs in 20 percent of all pregnancies. However, according to some sources, this may be an inaccurate number. Many women, before realizing that they are even pregnant, may miscarry without knowing it-assuming their miscarriage is merely a heavier period. Therefore, the miscarriage rate may be closer to 40 or 50 percent.

Actually there are signs for miscarriage, it is usually bad stomach cramps, spotting. If you experience one of these or both symptoms you have to go to the doctor immediately.
Take it easy the first 10 Weeks, not lifting any heavy and so on.
I had one, it's always hard i had the same fear with my second pregnancy as you have. Sometimes it's just not meant to be, your body reacts with a miscarriage because it would be something wrong with your baby, that's in a way good...
Just don't try to worry about it so much, go on with your life and just take it easy really you need to take care of you so your baby can develop and be healthy as well.
You will see you will give birth to a wonderful baby that you wanted and you will have the time of your life with him or her!!!Like i do.
I wish you the best and you are in my prayers

It's hard to say, as 6 weeks ago,I had what is called a SILENT ABORTION where the baby died with no signs and symptoms at all. The body didn't recognized that the baby died !!! Normal miscarriages would start with blood and blood clots !!!
My advice dear is this, or try having an ultrasound to check the fetal heartbeat or else, do you still have tender breasts ? As that was my first indication that something happened to our baby !!! Take care !!!
