How many of you are morning people? And how many of you are night people?

Definitely a morning person. I am ready for bed by 10:00 or 11:00 at night and ready to go by 6:00 a.m., or earlier if the need be. I feel like I accomplish more if I get up earlier and I think as you get older you realize how precious time is.

Definitely a morning person...even as a kid, I was up and about at around 4:00 a.m. I'm no good from about Noon till 6:00 p.m...then I get my second wind. Thank goodness I run my own business and I can make the hours suit my habit. I once worked the graveyard shift for about 5 years...and it suited me perfectly. I never understood why this is...but I've gotten used to it.

better at night but am forced to start doing better in the daytime
