When confronted with a fork in the road you must pick left or right. However you can also elect to toss a coin. Of course tossing coins to help choose must be in your repertoire. But you can decide instead by looking beyond a leaf on a tree to see if the sky is cloudy (left) or clear (right) or just turn around and retrace your steps. You evidently have free will but it is guided by anything and everything in your repertoir or newly discovered relationships between one or more items. Evidently we live as though we have free will; and are therefore responsible for our own acts.
