pulled head found fuel on piston

1.) check compression reading on that cylinder...

2.) try another injector on that cylinder...

3.) did you damage the little rubber o-rings to that injector? no matter how slight?

you are not getting enough compression if the engine will not fire. did you unstall the rings on the piston correctly?

the glow plug is not firing. also check your timing .
