Look in magazines and get ideas from celebrities.
A faux poof is a great addition for a plain ponytail.
1. Take about 1/2 inch of hair on top of your head and put the rest into a high ponytail.
2. Take the hair that you pulled out and pin to the crown of your head with a bobby pin (use the same color bobby pin as your hair)

A deep side parted pony
1. Part yoiur hair with a toothpicked comb and make a deep side.
2. Pull rest of hair into ponytail

Diffuse your hair to make it curly.
1.Use a light mousse- I like John Frieda w/ Frizzness control on wet hair
- I like it because it doesn't leave your hair "crunchy".
2. Blow dr hair w/ a diffuser on medium to low heat
- if u use high heat it will make your hair look fried
3.Finsih off with Got-2B Curls hairspray

Be different you could wear high pigtails close together and the leave a large chunk out on one side and a smaller one on the other or leave your hair down a curl the ends
