Do you find this as annoying as me???

Question

I work 40 hours a week as a student nurse. I do not get any benefits. I have to pay all my own rent and live in crap housing for three years.I have to live on £135 a week with no help from the government. I know people who do nothing all day every day forever and get £250 a week benefits and rent paid. Then when I qualify soon, I will pay huge amounts of tax to these people. Does this irk you too???

Yes its extremely annoying. Nurses do a job that is a necessity in society and should be paid accordingly. These people who sit on there a*s all day long, get there rent paid, get there council tax paid, get free dental work, get free prescriptions, get there houses renovated for free, then go out and get cart loads of shopping, get a taxi home, spend there money on lottery tickets, booze and cigarettes. Yes it makes me mad!! I work hard all week as does my husband we have to pay out everything ourselves which i would not have it any other way my conscience would not let me sponge of the system. Yes i am well and truly "irked".

Yes, it is frustrating. I'm an early childhood educator and people who work in liquor commissions here (in Canada) and waitresses get better benefits and higher pay then we do. We're educating the young!!!!! And you're healing the sick!!!! We need to be shown some more respect for what we go through each day, and what we are doing for other people's futures!

...And people wonder why the average citizen is in debt up to their eyeballs...

Depends on whether those people could be out working like you and I. I don't mind that my tax money is used to help people who are disabled or cannot work for some other damn good reason, but I hate paying for people who are just abusing the welfare system.

Yes, it does, especially when these people that do nothing all day can do something. i am sick and tired of paying taxes for them, for criminals, for an unjustified war, for illegals. Everyone should take care of themselves. The ONLY deserving of help are the elderly and disabled. Only. Thumbs up to you.

It sounds unfair really...you probably should start somehing that looks more valueble...for example study for about 2 months how "forex" works, or pay small amount of money to some software programmer to create you a site that can generate you money...if you are brave in this beginnings you will make good money.
